This DVD features rare Coltrane footage with one previously unissued appearance. Including three outstanding filmed performances by John Coltrane - one of them at the legendary Antibes Jazz Festival in 1965 - featuring his classic quartet: McCoy Tyner Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones. The two other appearances were shot at Baden Baden in Germany 1961 and in San Francisco in 1963 - with Eric Dolphy McCoy Tyner Reggie Workman and Elvin Jones performing alongside Coltrane.
