Q. Who are you?

A. This site, www.find-dvd.co.uk, is owned and operated by Medifusion Limited, a UK company committed to offering a quality price comparison service for free. Our registered office is Oakridge, Causey Way, Hexham, NE46 2JQ, UK and our company registration number if 04660249

Q. How do you make your money?

A. We are paid a small commission from the retailer on most sales through our sites. Although commission payments vary, we always present products in price order for all prices we find. Please note, we don't include all retailers on teh web..

Q. How do I search for a title?

A. Simply type part of the name in the search box on the left hand side and click the Go button. Then click on the title you're interested in from the search results.
You may also browse titles by clicking on the categories on the left hand side, or search for a specific title by entering part of its name in the search box and clicking the Go button.

Q. Can you include other retailers?

A. Yes - please email us and let us know who they are. We've found it of help if you also email the retailer asking them about getting a listing on our site.

Q. I think there is an incorrect price, what should I do?

A. Please email us at once and let us know which DVD title it is and which retailer's price seems to be incorrect.

Q. I've got a problem with my order!

A. You will need to contact the retailer directly. Although we offer a price comparison service, we don't get involved in any transactions. If, however, you have tried to contact the retailer and have not had a satisfactory outcome then do get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

Q. Why am I getting spam email from you!

A. You're not. It may be someone is sending spam emails and pretending to be us, however, you could be mistaking your Price Watch notifications for spam - to manage these emails and, if required, turn them off simply log in to Price Watch, click 'Options' and uncheck 'Send me a summary email'

Q. What is 'price watch'?

A. If you want to buy a particular DVD but it is currently too expensive, simply tell us how much you are prepared to pay for it and we'll email you as soon as any retailer makes it available for that price or less. Search for the title you are interested in and then click the 'Add To Price Watch' link on the product page (this is under the DVD cover art, beside the description of the item) - see DVD Price Watch link for more information. You will need to create an account and log in first but this is FREE and we never pass any details on to anyone else. Please note, Amazon is not included in the price watch service.

Q. Can I write a review?

A. Yes. Search for the DVD you are interested in and then click the 'Write A DVD Review' button on the product page.

Q. Can I review a retailer?

A. Yes. Each retailer is given a star rating which appears under their logo in the list of prices for a given product. Simply click the star rating image to view existing reviews and write a new one.
