Lynn Graham and her young family emigrate from America to begin a new life in Australia. Despite local gossip about their new house the Graham children love their new life and in particularly are captivated by the playhouse at the bottom of the garden. However thirty years before a suspected black magic ritual occurred in the cubby house that resulted in the slaughter of two children.
