  Since the first program was produced the team of composers who create the Globe Trekker soundtracks have pushed back the boundaries of television music. Their scores blend music and sounds recorded on location into compositions and arrangements by musicians more usually associated with hit records and classical albums. Globe Jam is the lastest collection of music drawn on the experiences our crews have had in places as diverse as Guangdong in China Senegrak and Cameroon in Africa the Cape Verde Islands in the Atlantic Ocean and Scandinavia.
