  Not all recording artists take a significant interest in their visual output and whilst the Directors involved with Godflesh have all been given free reign it's worth noting that Godflesh have always worked on these projects with people who have been cheating something a little more interesting and original than another performance clip. It's fair to say that each of the five enclosed videos demonstrates this in it's own distinctive fashion. Even 'Christbait Rising' ostensibly a performance clip is hardly typical of it's own type while the sheer enterprises of Stephanie Watson Julian Weaver and Jack Sargeant in creating a video for 'Avalanche Master Song' off their own back shouldn't be ignored.
