The film features a young Terrance Hill in one of his earliest film roles billed here as Mario Girotti. The Passion Play (Silent): The story of Jesus from his birth to his resurrection. This early French feature is full of wonderful imagination and the use of color is a real added bonus. The visuals are beautiful and the set decoration is amongst the best of any silent film of its era.
