An action-packed adventure drama set in the summer of 1588, The Devil-Ship Pirates stars Christopher Lee in a memorable turn as the evil captain of a Spanish privateer. Stylishly directed by Don Sharp - and one of several swashbucklers made by Hammer in the 1960s - it is featured here as a High Definition restoration from original film elements in its as-exhibited Hammerscope theatrical aspect ratio. While the British fleet is engaged in a desperate battle with the Armada, a Spanish vessel, the Diablo, puts in at a lonely inlet on the Cornish coast for emergency repairs. Finding a nearby village, the Spaniards terrorise the local population and take village girls as hostages.
Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt (Party Of Five I Know What You Did Last Summer) as Audrey Hepburn and featuring Frances Fisher (Titanic) as her mother this miniseries reveals the dramatic life lead by this most appealing of performers - her childhood in Holland during the Nazi occupation her meteoric rise to stardom on Broadway and in films her doomed love affair with William Holden her troubled marriage to Mel Ferrer and her life long search for her father a collaborator during the War. Concealed behind the dazzling smile of Audrey Hepburn was a woman who had known great difficulties and overcame them to become the top international film star in the world an Academy Award winning actress and a fashion designer's dream. Her every change of hair-style was copied by young women all over the world. Featured in the series are her teenage years during the war in which deprivation and hunger forged her determination to survive and her work with the Resistance almost cost her life. After the war she and her mother fled to London where Audrey supported them dancing in revues until she was spotted by the famous French author Collette who personally chose her to play Gigi on Broadway in which she became an overnight sensation. She then went on to star in such films as Roman Holiday with Gregory Peck (for which she won an Academy Award) Sabrina with Humphrey Bogart and William Holden who would become her lover Funny Face with Fred Astaire and perhaps her crowning role Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's where she clashed with its author Truman Capote. Her affair with the womanizing star William Holden was threatening to her new success but he was perhaps the great love of her life and their break up drove her into the arms of Mel Ferrer who was to become her first husband. As his own career was on the wane Audrey's was spiraling ever upward and Ferrer devoted himself to being her protector and sometimes jailer. He did fulfil her long dream of having a child but the marriage eventually terminated. Her role as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's best described Audrey's own life; a lost beauty looking for love in the arms of the protector/father she never had known.

Iron Sky: The Coming RaceTwenty years after the events of Iron Sky, the former Nazi Moonbase has become the last refuge of mankind. Earth was devastated by a nuclear war but buried deep under the wasteland lies a power that could save the last of humanity or destroy it once and for all. The truth behind the creation of mankind will be revealed when an old enemy leads our heroes on an adventure into the Hollow Earth. To save humanity they must fight the Vril, an ancient shapeshifting reptilian race and their army of dinosaurs.Iron Sky: The Dictator's CutIn 1945 the Nazis flew to the Dark Side of the Moon, and established a secret hideout, where they've been preparing for their grand return. The year is 2018, and the Americans return to the Moon in search for powerful energy source, Helium-3. They end up landing too close to the secret Nazi fortress, and although the big Nazi weapon Götterdämmerung is not yet ready to be deployed, soon the skies are full of iron, as the Nazi war machines take a pre-emptive move against threat from Earth. The DICTATOR'S CUT of Iron Sky is an all-new take on the film, following the original vision of the director Timo Vuorensola. This version is 20 minutes longer, loaded with new visual effects, new music from Laibach - and, of course, tons of new, politically incorrect humour.

Major James Wilson (Lloyd Bridges) must lead his troops across the English channel in the D-day invasion of Normandy. He trains his regulars for the invasion knowing that many if not all may never survive the assault. Wilson is plagued by memories of previous missions that turned out to be suicidal. Captain Franklin (Andrew Keir) is the British officer who opposed the plan and has a personal vendetta against Wilson. They face overwhelming odds and a barrage of cannon fire from the Nazi stronghold on the Normandy coast.
Three years after Lawrence of Arabia, the largely impressive Lord Jim (1965) finds Peter O'Toole again essaying a self-doubting but remarkable, white Englishman who leads a foreign people against their oppressor. Based on the Joseph Conrad novel, Lord Jim is the story of a British maritime officer, Jim (O'Toole), who takes a brief post on a tramp steamer and flees in terror during a storm at sea. Dogged by a reputation for cowardice, Jim attempts to reinvent himself in his own eyes, commanding an attack against a feudal warlord (Eli Wallach) in a distant, Southeast Asian village and basking in god-like glory afterward. A sinister plot by a gentleman pirate (James Mason) sets the stage for Jim's confrontation with his true destiny. Simplified and adapted by writer-director Richard Brooks (In Cold Blood), Lord Jim sometimes feels rushed and obvious, but O'Toole's golden performance and legendary cinematographer Freddie Young's 70mm footage are outstanding. --Tom Keogh
