  A group of concerned adults try to ban rock and roll music in their town believing that the music promotes juvenile delinquency. A prominent TV producer and a disc jockey attempt to convince the adults in the town that rock and roll is nothing but harmless fun. The two sides do battle in court during a televised trial.
