And he thinks it''s all his fault... Through the course of this 90 minute film the black farce of Best's life - his carousing his evasion of those trying to save him or lure him back to football his stumbling into the politics of Northern Ireland - will be counter-pointed by the tragedy of his mother''s slow death from alcoholism. Until finally Best gives up on hedonism and puts on his boots again... only to discover his genius has gone. The Bests will be an unfamiliar telling of a very familiar story.
