Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge is the story of Sapna. Brought up by three doting but eccentric uncles Uncle No.1 (Paresh Rawal) a shloka-chanting pooja-pathwala Uncle No. 2 (Om Puri) a fitness freak and Uncle No. 3 (Anupam Kher) a colourful dandy who loves to dance. Sapna who loves her uncles as dearly as they her tries to keep all of them happy by frantically running from exercise classes to dancing lessons to Bahaman singing. And each uncle is determined to marry off Sapna to a man of his choice.
