On tour most of the time Pat performed an extremely impressive concert in the Diamond Club in 1990 which broke all expectations of his followers of the past 20 years. Inviting everyone to his hometown Toronto Canada he mesmerized an entire crowd of his top fans for what was talked about for ages. With over thirty years as a rock n roll icon Toronto's first son of fret board wizardry has simply refused to lie down. A mega star in his own right Pat Travers has wowed guitar freaks the world over from teenage dreamer to rock luminary. Always looking for a new lick always pushing the envelope his desire to become a superstar has been surpassed with Travers now ranked amongst the canon of true guitar legends. Despite a plethora of live albums there has been very little concert footage of Travers available. Shot on 11th April 1976 in Kln Germany this is a classic document of the early stages of Travers rise to international fame. Playing as a three piece he and his band set the standard for generations of guitar hero wannabes. A dazzling yet strangely understated performance this was a tantalising taster for what was to follow.
