  Cape No. 7 is the story of Aga (Van Fan) a rock musician who returns home to a small seaside town in Taiwan after failing to break through in Taipei. Stripped of confidence and purpose he grudgingly takes to the road as a local postman and in the process unexpectedly discovers a pack of undelivered letters from 1945 addressed to a resident at the long forgotten Cape No 7.
