The only official Specials DVD in the UK. Narrated by Tim Lovejoy! The band that we have all come to know as The Specials was formed in Coventry as The Automatic in 1977. Jerry Dammers Horace Panter Lynval Golding Silverton Hutchison and Tim Strickland played a mixture of punk and reggae to locals with Terry Hall soon replacing Tim as vocalist. Roddy Byers was also recruited as lead guitarist and they went on to support The Clash on tour in 1978.
