Logan is 13 years old and a dreamer. soft spoken and isolated he has a crush on an older and infinetly cooler boy Rodeo walker. As Logan and rodeo strike up a mismatched friendship the kind that only works on walks deep into the forest when no one else is around logan's infatuation with Rodeo inspires him to create a new persona named Leah. Leah and Rodeo grow close through whispered late night phone calls and when Leah agrees to meet Rodeo face to face it is Logan who must finally prove that he can ask for what he so achingly wants.
Ian Hart stars as David Carr an idealistic young member of the British Communist Party who decides to join the leftist forces fighting fascism in 1936 Spain in this drama from director Ken Loach. The story is told in long flashbacks framed by the perspective of Carr's granddaughter who has found her recently deceased grandfather's diaries that detail his wartime experiences.
Brothers like no others. Harry aged 23 is a former boy band idol who is watching his younger brother Max aged 16 follow in his footsteps. Harry escorts Max on a long-promised camping adventure to the San Gabriel mountains above Los Angeles but things quickly turn serious as the boys discuss Harry's contradictory relationship with their family. Max's longing to connect with Harry both physically and emotionally grows even more wanting to bring stability to Harry's life.
