Especially painting the real life story of laborers in labor camps in the Gulf. The helpless labor class which comes from different countries to the Gulf dreaming that their lives will become a bed of roses once they get there. What this story narrates is that life is not so easy in the Gulf too and most of the expatriates have to work very hard to make their mark in order to live up to the expectations of their family members. The story of Rehguzar shows the life of an engineer Rahul played by Jimmy shrejill who comes to Dubai with great dreams to become rich and famous. During his endeavors in Dubai he has to pass through numerous hurdles failures and successes. He encounters a lovely girl Neha (played by Salloni) who is the daughter of a rich businessman (Rajiv Varma and Asha Bachani). While the gripping drama of Rahul and his struggles and dreams unfolds the film also promises a lot of comic relief through comedy star Rakesh Bedi who plays an ardent fan of the Big B Amitabh Bachchan. Another actor well known for his comic roles Vrajesh Hirjee plays the role of Rahul's best friend. As Rehguzar unfolds it depicts the life of Rahul and how it changes according to different circumstances.
