William Holden and Kay Lenz star in this romantic drama directed by Clint Eastwood. The film follows Frank Harmon (Holden), a recently divorced businessman who takes in a young girl named Breezy (Lenz) after he finds her sleeping rough outside his house one morning. Breezy moves on after a few days, only to return when she is arrested for vagrancy. Reluctantly agreeing to let her stay long term, Frank and Breezy begin to form a friendship which soon becomes a love affair. However, with Frank's friends opposed to his new relationship, he faces a number of tough decisions moving forward.
