One of Hammer's most ambitious and under-appreciated films, Demons of the Mind explores the Baron Zorn's (Robert Hardy) conviction that his son Emil (Shane Briant) and daughter Elizabeth (Gillian Hills) are suffering from a hereditary madness. In an attempt to contain their insanity, he keeps them imprisoned and drugged, yet these measures are not enough to stop his children from expressing their decadent desires and violent natures. Desperate for a cure, Zorn employs the discredited Dr. Falkenberg (Patrick Magee) to investigate his family's plight Brand New 4K RestorationNew... artwork by Johnny Dombrowski64-page booklet with new essays and original press kit2 posters, one of new artwork, one of original theatrical artworkOn-disc extras:NEW Evil In the Blood: Virginia Wetherell on Demons of the MindAudio Commentary with Author/Film Historian Steve HabermanAudio commentary with director Peter Sykes, screenwriter Christopher Wicking and actress Virginia Wetherell, moderated by film historian Jonathan SothcottBlood Will Have Blood: Inside Demons of the MindInterview with Camera Operator Neil BinneyBehind the Scenes Stills GalleryColour Lobby Cards GalleryTrailer [show more]
