US horror directed by Arthur Marks. The film follows Ike Hendrix (Glynn Turman), a young college student and cab driver in New Orleans who becomes possessed by the malevolent spirit of J.D. Walker, a former hustler who was killed in the 1940s. With the spirit of J.D. taking control, Ike becomes more and more unstable, and it's not long before he embarks on a murderous rampage across the city as he attempts to hunt down those responsible for J.D.'s death almost 30 years previously. The cast also includes Louis Gossett Jr, Joan Pringle and Carl Crudup.
