Management is a romantic comedy starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn, who play two lonely souls with low self-esteem searching for an emotion bond.
Mike (Zahn) has no real ambition and is stuck in a rut working as the night manager of his parent's Arizona motel. Then one day, sultry Sue (Aniston), an art seller, stays that the motel on business. Mike takes an instant interest in Sue and like a lost puppy dog does all he can to get her attention, even formulating an introduction with a complimentary bottle of wine that's gone bad.
When Sue... returns home, Mike takes a trip to her workplace in Maryland, but she has no place for him in her regimented life. But, having found something worth fighting for, Mike doesn't give up that easily and they embark on a bumpy journey to discover that they might just be destined for each other after all.
