Jörg Buttgereit directs this sequel to his 1988 cult horror film. The story picks up where the last film left off and follows female nurse Monika (Monika M.) as she exhumes Rob (Daktari Lorenz)'s corpse after learning about his story through newspaper headlines. However, to her disappointment, Rob's corpse doesn't allow her the satisfaction she desires and she proceeds to destroy most of the body before embarking on a relationship with the fully-sentient Mark (Mark Reeder). But when Mark finds out about Monika's unconventional fetish it leads to an unexpected climax...
