Weird allegorical horror from Polish arthouse director Andrzej Zulawski. Marc (Sam Neill) returns to his wife Anna (Isabelle Adjani) in Berlin after a long absence, only for her to inform him that she has taken a lover, Heinrick (Heinz Bennent). Anna has also allowed their home to fall into complete disarray, and Marc eventually makes a terrible discovery: his wife is in fact under the influence of a non-human creature which revels in chaos.
