Shô Kosugi stars in this martial arts action thriller. In search of a new life, ninja warrior Akira Saito (Kosugi) leaves Japan for America with his wife and two kids. After buying a restaurant, Akira encounters the corrupt cops of L.A. and the powerful mob that controls them. After the gang, led by Limehouse Willie (James Booth), turns their attention to the Saitos Akira is forced to once again return to his old ninja ways in search of justice.
