Aging museum security guards Charles (Morgan Freeman), Roger (Christopher Walken), and George (William H. Macy) scheme to steal their favorite exhibits before the curator arrives to install a new collection. With no criminal experience to fall back on, the three aspiring larcenists hatch a plan to quietly replace each piece with a convincing replica. When one small mistake throws their carefully crafted plan into chaos, Charles, Roger, and George must scramble to avoid spending their golden years behind bars.

Art heist comedy starring Christopher Walken, William H. Macy and Morgan Freeman. Roger (Walken), Charles (Freeman) and George (Macy) all work at the same museum but thanks to a conflict in shift patterns have yet to meet. When they learn that the museum's new curator is planning on selling a collection of works to a Danish buyer they each find they all have a favourite piece and would be devastated to see them go elsewhere. Banding together, they then employ the help of a struggling young artist (Breckin Meyer) to produce replicas of the three pieces that can hopefully be switched with the originals before shipping.
