The nefarious Dr. Arcane (Jourdan) has returned and is building an army of mutated creatures as well as seeking a means to cheat death. When Abby (Locklear) returns to him with questions about her mother's death, the doctor realises that Abby is the key to his immortality. But standing between him and his stepdaughter is the Swamp Thing (Dick Durock) who will protect the woman he loves from Arcane and his horrific monsters.
