Noomi Rapace, Orlando Bloom and Michael Douglas star in this thriller directed by Michael Apted. The film follows Alice Racine (Rapace), a CIA agent drawn into a devious scheme which could put London at risk of a biological attack. When the CIA apprehend a suspected terrorist believed to have direct knowledge of an imminent attack on London, the agency's Director of European Operations Bob Hunter (John Malkovich) instructs Alice to interrogate the suspect and uncover the target. However, after the interrogation is interrupted by gunmen looking to eliminate her, Alice finds herself on the run across the city and unable to trust anyone.
