A well-written humorous script and endearing characters mesh well with the state-of-the-art technology and effects. Ice Age 2: The Meltdown: Manny the woolly mammoth Sid the sloth Diego the saber-toothed tiger and the hapless prehistoric squirrel/rat known as Scrat: those sub-zero heroes are back!
