  Specialising in first time directors and showcasing over 200 shorts from the best and brightest of new talent the Raindance Film Festival is one of the most recognised film festivals in Europe for its short films programme. The new DVD from the 13th Raindance Film Festival held in 2005 encompasses a wide and diverse range of the best shorts from that edition of the festival.   FBI Special Agent Don Eppes (Rob Morrow) recruits his mathematical genius brother Charlie (David Krumholtz) to help the Bureau solve a wide range of challenging crimes in Los Angeles. The two brothers take on the most confounding criminal cases from a very distinctive perspective.
