  On January 15th 1974 15 year old Charlie Otero's life was destroyed. He came home from school to find his parents and two of his younger siblings all murdered. What followed was a lifelong search for the truth which culminated with the arrest conviction and imprisonment of a man named Dennis Rader 30 years after the Otero family were murdered.
