2006 commemorates the 5th year since the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. This is the true story of those heroes who fought to save lives after the attacks. This programme starts with images of the 9/11 attacks and then goes on to depict the experiences of Ground Zero's volunteers - firefighters church and relief organization volunteers - with the reconstruction of events private citizens describe their experiences when responding to the call for help.
