British coming-of-age drama revolving around a 14-year-old boy called Robbie (Kyle Ward), who has just become a father. Robbie wants nothing more than to take responsibility for his newborn son, but the baby's mother is unwilling to let Robbie see him. When Robbie encounters his estranged father, Joe (Ian Hart), he realises after a while how weak and neglectful he is and is determined not to become a similar role model to his own child, and after seeing his own son with his mother and her violent new boyfriend, decides to take the baby and go on the run.
