This is the story of early motor racing as told, and filmed, by a man who was at its very heart - John Tate. This final volume in the series visits Le Mans for the 1967 French Grand Prix, then on to Monza for the Italian Grand Prix. The programme then visits Silverstone for sports cars and the 1968 Martini Trophy followed by F1 from the 1969 British Grand Prix and the 1970 Italian Grand Prix, plus a visit to the Ferrari factory. It's then on to the Monza 1000km, before returning to Silverstone for the 1973 British Grand Prix.
