Shortly after happily celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, Darcy Anderson (Allen) uncovers a shocking revelation about her husband Bob (LaPaglia). While he attends another business trip away, Darcy stumbles upon evidence suggesting her husband is the 'Beadie' serial killer, wanted for the rape and murder of twelve young women over the space of 30 years. With their daughter Petra (Kristen Connolly) preparing to be married, Darcy confonts Bob on his return and he promises to renounce his murderous ways if she doesn't go to the police.
