Christopher Morahan directs this 1960s comedy drama starring Victor Henry, Susan George and Jack Shepherd. Ginger (Henry), an opportunistic window cleaner with an eye for the ladies, enjoys himself greatly in swinging sixties London. However, when he sets eyes on the beautiful and beguilingly innocent Jill (George), he renounces his philandering ways and decides that he has found the girl to settle down with. Unfortunately, his friend Dwyer (Shepherd) seduces Jill first and the girl discovers shortly afterwards that she's pregnant. How will all concerned deal with the arrival of a baby and the responsibilities that ensue?
