Fast-paced action movie starring Michael Madsen as a CIA agent assigned the task of stopping a gangster's murderous revenge spree in Amsterdam. The mysterious JD (Rik Sinkeldam) was kidnapped and tortured by a group of criminals in the hope that he would spill the beans on the identity of a powerful crime boss. Now free, JD sets his sights on gaining revenge on those who tortured him and it is up to fellow shadowy operator Keele (Madsen) to try and rein him in.
