The story centers on a 14-year-old girl who keeps a diary about the ups and downs of being a teenager, including all the things she learns about kissing.
I was a bit sceptical when I got this film on DVD, bearing in mind I'm nearly 20 and the main characters are young teenage girls, but I have to say I throughly enjoyed it!
It was nice to see an English film that was relevant. I thought it portrayed been a teenager very well and the time flew by. This lovely girly film will cheer you up on a sunday afternoon,it's so light hearted and fun!
A brilliant typical chick flick that keeps you gripped from the very start. Based on the books, people thought the film wouldn't be as good as the books but having read the books and seen the film I say the film is just as good! And Aaron Johnson is gorgeous!!!! A great film

Directed by Gurinder Chadha (BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM, BRIDE AND PREJUDICE), ANGUS, THONGS AND PERFECT SNOGGING is a light-hearted, yet poignant look into the life of struggling teen, Georgia Nicolson. Georgia's life, though at times problematic, is simple. She adores her cat, Angus and enjoys hanging out with her best mates collectively as the Ace Gang wants more. Her decrepit parents just don't understand and could possibly help her find a 'gorgeous sex-god' for a boyfriend or help plan the ultimate fifteenth birthday party. Matters complicate when two brothers, Tom and Robbie, arrive as new pupils at her school. Georgia finds an instant connection with the hunky Robbie, but so does her arch-rival, Lindsay...
Coming-of-age comedy based on the best-selling series of novels by Louise Rennison. Georgia has two main desires in life: to get a gorgeous boyfriend and to throw the greatest 15th birthday party ever. As well as having to deal with her own problematic life, Georgia must also keep her interfering parents (Alan Davies and Karen Taylor) happy.
