During WWII Britain was absolutely reliant on maritime trade for its survival. The protection of its merchant fleet was therefore of paramount importance. In 1940 though German U-Boats began to prowl the Atlantic waters from below ; making almost every convoy hazadous and of mortal danger. This DVD contains footage of actual attacks graphics and animations of what they would have been like and interviews with the men who were actually there.
