Comedy horror starring Ken Marino as Duncan, a normal guy with a normal job who discovers that the unbearable pain he has been experiencing in his stomach is being caused by a stress monster living inside his intestine. Every time Duncan gets stressed out the monster, who he names Milo (voiced by Steve Zissis), exits his body and takes bloody revenge on the person or thing causing the stress. Realising the only way to control what Milo does is by staying calm, Duncan tries to bond with his monster to ultimately achieve inner peace.
