Fuelled with teenage testosterone and beer college buddies Josh & Sam are on their way to the annual New Orleans Mardi Gras for what they believe will be a week in party heaven. But things get a little crazy long before they reach their destination. After running over and killing an escaped fugitive the local sheriff mistakes them for a pair of local drug traffickers.
