Triple bill of horror features. 'Basket Case' (1981) follows the adventures of Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck), a man who checks into a New York hotel carrying a mysterious basket. Little do onlookers know that it contains his hideously deformed brother Belial - the Siamese twin he was separated from at birth - and that the pair have come to claim gruesome revenge on the doctors who botched their separation. In 'Basket Case 2' (1990) Duane and Belial find refuge with Granny Ruth (Annie Ross), who acts as a surrogate mother to a variety of mutants. All is well until a sneaky journalist attempts to flush out the Bradley brothers and their new friends turn nasty. 'Basket Case 3 - The Progeny' (1991) follows the brothers on a road trip in the Deep South. By this time, Belial has become father to his own monstrous sons and sets out to exact terrible revenge when the newborn infants are kidnapped by a pair of deputy sheriffs.
