Tracey s marriage to former robber Darryl petered out years ago and although she has since remarried and got divorced again, is still living in relative... comfort in Essex s legendary Chigwell with now 17 year old son, Travis (Charlie Quirke), who studies Latin and wants to become a barrister. Tracey gets by with a telesales job, but times aren t easy and she misses her older son Garth, who s been living in Australia. Meanwhile Sharon scrapes a minimum wage in World of Quid , Essex s leading everything's a pound chain and living in a tiny flat which leaves a lot to be desired. After a chance meeting at Dorien's book signing in Chigwell High Street, their lives collide once more Sharon moves back in with Tracey and an impending court case means that Dorien has nowhere to go so moves in too. The nest then gets busier still as Garth, his Australian partner Marcie and her 10 year old daughter Poppy unexpectedly make the long migration back to Chigwell. The complete first and second series of the newly-recommissioned British sitcom starring Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph. Sisters Sharon (Quirke) and Tracey (Robson) reunite in Chigwell at a signing for new book 'Sixty Shades of Green' and, much to their surprise, the author turns out to be Dorien (Joseph). Divorced for the second time, Tracey is working in telesales. Her older son Garth (Matt Willis) lives in Australia while her younger son still lives with her. Sharon, meanwhile, decides to leave her job at World of Quid to work for Dorien. Following a court case, Dorien finds herself without an income and both she and Sharon move in with Tracey. When Garth and his family arrive from Australia the house is full to the brim and funds are low. Everyone will have to find a way to pitch in to pay the bills.
