Sadly another one of those series that as been condemed to be just one series. Why? Who knows but it could have gone on for a good few series.
We begin with a former police officer Vicki Nelson (played Christina Cox). Who having left the police force due to retinitis pigmentosa. She sets up her own private investigation agency. During a case that turns out to be anything but routine. She meets Henery Henry Fitzroy(played by Kyle Schmid)Who just so happens to be a real vampire and a descendant of royalty to boot (who claims to be the illegitimate son of Henry VIII) Add to that he is drop dead gorgeous(no pun intended)
They team up to solve the case which results in Vicki getting some freaky tattoo's and nearly letting a demon out of hell to wreak havoc. Lucky for her Henry's around to save the day.
The series goes from one Bizarre case to the next with lots of sexual chemistry between Vicki and Henry and Vicki's ex Mike Celluci(Played by Dylan Neal) Who is a person who doesn't believe until the super natural but when confronted with it wants nothing more than to ignore it again or let some one else deal with it.
Gina Holden plays Coreen Fennel, Vicki's self appointed assistant and is big into the occult as well as eager to help. She also as a soft spot for Henry, him being a vampire and all, kind of makes him the biggest curiosity of all.
He also has a lot of things hidden in his past and his appartment.

This series turns a few of the vampire law on it's head. I won't spoil it by saying what but its well worth watching. A must for anyone into vampires and the occult.

If you like vampire and supernatural shows, this is a must have. The show is about Vicki Nelson (played Christina Cox) is a ex cop turned PI, she is forced out of the police due to her failing eye sight & Henry Fitzroy(played by Kyle Schmid)a 450 years old vampires who write graphic novels. The show is set and filmed in Toronto and is based on Tanya Huff blood books.
The show is excellect can't wait for the DVD boxset so I can watch the whole thing again.
