This is a programme for burning up calories by doing a sustained cardiovascular workout. It is a choreographed routine using a step. It improves your physical condition (endurance) muscle toning of the entire body and motor ability (co-ordination). The effort required is much more intense and co-ordination of the steps more complex than in the first Step DVD. It is therefore only suitable for those who have completed the initial programme.
