Every town has its secrets, and for the small town of Braxton, that evil is Tommy Miller, a bullied teenager who went on a killing spree. Ten years later, on the anniversary of the bloodbath, the local teens are being stalked by a hooded figure, and there are rumours that Miller is back to kill again. At the annual Braxton town hall party Tommy slaughtered his friends and family and fled into the woods, disappearing for a decade. But now a group of teens are attacked by a shadowy, masked figure and Detective Ryan Fenton (Blaney), himself a survivor of Tommy's massacre, is tasked with investigating the attacker.
