Mother and son road movie written and directed by Famke Janssen. Olive (Milla Jovovich) and her son Bobby (Spencer List) are moving between states through a serious of scams and car thefts. Looking for a place to settle and escape her past, Olive contacts her old friend Walt (Rory Cochrane) who helps the pair find a place where they can lay low for a while. When Bobby is run over by Kent (Bill Pullman), a local business man, Olive sees an opportunity to extract some money from him, but before she can do so her past catches up with her and she is thrown in jail for eight months. Meanwhile, Kent and his wife Mary (Marcia Cross) take care of Bobby until his mother returns from her stint in prison. When she does she must decide whether to continue her previous life with her son or let his new family adopt him permanently...
