The complete series one and two of the 1980s British comedy starring Mel Smith as a frustrated member of the British Rail complaints office. Colin Watkins (Smith) spends his days receiving an ear-bashing from the British public and his nights endeavouring to make a better life for himself as a writer. Will he succeed?
