A 911 operator, Pamela and her estranged husband, Jeremy, a Senior Police Officer (Luke Goss) are roped into a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse by a sadistic criminal who orders them to dispatch police and fire rescue teams into booby trapped locations. With the kidnapper holding their daughter hostage, they are left desperate and with no choice but to follow the mad man's rules.   Not knowing who or why, the one thing they do know is if they fail to discreetly collaborate with one another they will be solely responsible for facilitating the biggest crime in the city's history. Now they must race against the clock to make the choice of their lives - save the city, or save their daughter.  

Ving Rhames, Luke Goss and Mischa Barton star in this action thriller. After their daughter is kidnapped and held hostage, 911 operator Pamela Miller (Barton) and her police officer husband Jeremy (Goss) are forced into playing the kidnapper (Rhames)'s sinister game with their daughter's life at stake. He orders them to scatter the city's emergency services to remote locations where deadly surprises lay waiting for them. The married duo must come up with a plan to thwart the kidnapper and save their daughter before countless innocent lives are lost...
