Eight-part drama series written by Russell T. Davies about modern gay life in Manchester. The programme follows middle-aged couple Henry (Vincent Franklin) and Lance (Cyril Nri) whose relationship falls apart after a disastrous night out. Shortly after their separation, Lance starts seeing Daniel (James Murray) and 46-year-old Henry moves in with a much younger couple Freddie (Freddie Fox) and Dean (Fisayo Akinade). With help and advice provided by his sister Cleo (Julie Hesmondhalgh), Henry struggles to get his life back in order, a task not helped by the presence of old friend Cliff (Con O'Neill).
