Drama, adapted from the novel by Stuart Brown, about an alcoholic film director trying to get his life back on track. Maverick director Noah Arkwright (Peter Howitt) gets through his successful life on a regular diet of drink, plenty of drugs, and last but not least, a string of beautiful women. Oblivious to his downward spiral, Noah finally wisens up when he meets Kirstin (Rachael Stirling), a recovering alcoholic herself, who finally forces him to face up to the facts. With a new spirit for survival, Noah sets about changing his life, only for life to decide it's not ready yet.
