Teagan Sirset stars as a young fashion designer in this children's adventure. After she fails to land a prestigious internship in the city Stacy (Sirset) thinks her dreams of entering the fashion industry are lost. But with the help of her faithful pets Coco and Stella, Stacy is asked to design a celebrity's dress for an upcoming red carpet event. The trio's plans are then thrown into disarray, however, when Stacy's canine companions are stolen by jealous fashion designer Michel (Torrey Halverson).
