British romantic drama. David (James Brough) is a young Londoner who ends up broke and stranded in Liverpool following a disastrous one-night stand. At the dog track, where he is trying to win his fare home, he meets betting shop assistant Tina (Helen Elizabeth). The two strike up an unexpected friendship and spend several hours together exploring the sights of Liverpool before David must catch his train back to the capital.
